Women We Love: Rosanna Anil
Here at Morir Soñando we like to show love to our fellow creative community. We want to share our platform and promote amazing women striving for their dreams.
This month we are excited to introduce to you Rosanna Anil.
Rosanna Anil is a food photographer, blogger, and stylist. But like the exceptional women we love, Rosanna takes it up a notch being a single mom and an amazing spiritual being full of light and energy.
As followers of her Instagram Page @NycFoodMuse we reached out to Rosanna to share our platform with her and tell her how much she inspires us. It was a dope thing to see a women taking charge in such a big market on social media and spin it to make it worth more than just a few likes. We got more than a surprise when we met her. She was driven, energetic, warm, inviting, and very inspiring.
Rosanna is a self taught photographer who stumbled on this creative side of food. During our meeting, she shared her story with us. Rosanna found herself at a rough spot in life just having a child, losing her job, and just trying to figure it all out. She always wanted to tap into her creative side but didn’t know what that meant. She started working with food in catering after going to culinary school for Hospitality. One day she took a picture of some waffles she had made and sent them to her best friend. The picture made you think of sunny summer mornings. The dripping syrup made your taste buds dance. The strawberry and garnish gave it the color depth to brighten the plate. The picture sparked interest and her creative juices started to flow.
Rosanna now has her own blog that marries photography and food perfectly. The easiness of her recipes and the beauty of her imagery inspires to get your ass up and COOK! Or go out and eat because you definitely will be hungry after visiting her blog or IG. Her fried rice is ingenious for left overs, her homemade baby food makes you want to be a better parent and say good bye to gerber, and her loaded breakfast tacos just gives us more reason to brunch everyday.
Rosanna also puts her Canon Rebel T6I to use in her amazing instagram @nycfoodmuse where she not only posts what she cooks but also shares great restaurant meals from around the city. She loves pizza and you can tell!
She also embodies what Morir Sonando means. A recipe of qualities to go after your dreams. Her skill, creativity, spirit, and beauty is the best recipe to make her one of the Women We Love!
